In her new role, Shannon will lead Flash’s global people strategy, focusing on building a high-performing, agile organization that supports business growth, strengthens culture, and enhances employee experience across the enterprise.

Shannon brings a rich and diverse HR leadership background, most recently serving as Vice President, People Partners at Procore Technologies, where she led the global People Partner organization, driving strategic HR alignment across business units.

Prior to this, she worked as a Strategic HR Consultant through her own practice, partnering with global technology clients on organizational development, talent strategy, employee experience, and cultural transformation. Her consulting work further strengthened her expertise in executive coaching and people-centric organizational design.

Earlier, Shannon spent nearly six years at NI (National Instruments), where she held multiple senior leadership roles, including a stint as Chief People Officer. In that role, she led HR strategy across 40 countries for over 7,000 employees, successfully navigating a complex transition period, including organizational restructuring and talent retention during a challenging pre-acquisition phase. She also served as VP Talent Organization and VP Global HRBP Organization, where she drove workforce planning, employee engagement, M&A integration, and future-of-work strategies.

Her earlier career includes leadership roles in compensation, benefits, HRIS, and talent management, along with extensive consulting experience across organizations such as Silicon Labs, HomeAway, and FlashParking. She began her career in recruiting and HR management roles across multiple technology companies, building a strong foundation in talent acquisition and organizational development.

Shannon’s appointment reflects Flash’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it continues to scale its innovative mobility platform and build a people-first culture aligned with its growth ambitions.

Flash is a leading mobility technology platform that connects asset owners, operators, and drivers through a cloud-native orchestration layer.

The company enables the transformation of physical spaces into intelligent, data-driven revenue channels, helping organizations optimize operations, enhance user experiences, and unlock new value in the built environment.
