Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Mukta Huprikar has taken on an expanded role as Head Business HR – Bearings & Industrial Solutions (B&IS) at Schaeffler. In this role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives for the division, further strengthening talent, organisational effectiveness, and business alignment across the region.
Mukta has been associated with Schaeffler for over two years, most recently serving as Assistant General Manager – HR, where she played a key role as HR Business Partner for the Bearings and Industrial Solutions division. She also led HR initiatives for group companies including Ewellix India and Dhruva Automation and Controls, while contributing as a member of the Asia Pacific DE&I Council.
Prior to this, she spent nearly five years at Burckhardt Compression as Human Resources Business Partner and Head – Learning & Development, where she led talent management, organisational development, and employee relations across India, supporting business growth and capability building.
She also held leadership roles at Yashaswi Group as Head HR, and worked as a Principal Consultant at HRFit Consulting, advising SMEs on talent strategy, organisational development, and HR systems.
Earlier in her career, Mukta served as Head HR at Diehl Metall, where she established HR frameworks and drove talent and performance management initiatives. She began her leadership journey at All Resources India, heading talent search and people development functions.
Mukta Huprikar holds a Master’s in Personnel Management and a Master’s in Industrial Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
