Which? Appoints Hannah Linforth as Group People Director

London, England, United Kingdom, May 2026 – Which? has announced the appointment of Hannah Linforth as Group People Director, welcoming her to the leadership team at a pivotal moment as the organisation refreshes its 2030 strategy. In this role, Hannah will lead the people agenda, focusing on driving transformational change, strengthening organisational culture, and building inclusive, high-performing teams across the organisation.

Hannah Linforth joins Which? with extensive experience in leading people strategy and transformation across major organisations. Most recently, she served as Director of People & Organisation at Moneysupermarket Group, where she led a broad people function including talent development, inclusion, organisational design, and workplace strategy. She also stepped into the role of Acting Chief People Officer, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive organisational redesign and enhance agility during a critical phase of transformation.

Prior to this, she held the position of HR Director at VICE Media, where she led HR strategy for one of its largest international operations, supporting executive leadership in talent management, organisational effectiveness, and HR transformation initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Hannah spent several years at Channel 4 and BBC, where she worked as an HR Business Partner supporting complex, content-driven environments. Her roles involved partnering with senior leadership teams, driving organisational change, and shaping talent and culture strategies across large and dynamic workforces.

She began her HR career within the public sector, working with NHS Blood and Transplant and NHS Connecting for Health, where she developed foundational expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and organisational development.

In addition to her corporate experience, Hannah also undertook a career break focused on global travel, personal development, and executive coaching, further strengthening her leadership perspective, resilience, and global outlook.
