Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2026 – Davinder Singh has been promoted to Vice President – Talent Acquisition Group at Astrea IT Services, marking a significant advancement in his leadership journey in global talent acquisition. In this expanded role, he will lead enterprise-wide recruitment strategy, strengthen global hiring capabilities, and drive talent initiatives aligned with Astrea’s rapid growth in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Davinder Singh has been associated with Astrea IT Services for nearly five years, where he most recently served as Head – Recruitments, leading talent acquisition across geographies and driving hiring for niche Salesforce and technology roles. His elevation to Vice President reflects his strong impact in building scalable recruitment functions and delivering high-quality talent in competitive markets.
Prior to Astrea, he served as Head of Recruitment – North America at Value Innovation Labs, where he led hiring across product platforms and multiple IT projects, focusing on North American markets and complex technology roles.
Earlier, he worked as an Entrepreneur and HR Consultant, managing staffing assignments across India and North America, and building strong networks with CXOs and business leaders across industries.
His leadership journey also includes roles such as Global Head – Recruitments at SDG Software India Pvt Ltd, where he managed global hiring functions, and Director – Recruitments & Business Development at Neer Info Solutions, where he played a key role in scaling recruitment operations.
Davinder has also held senior recruitment leadership roles at Tech Mahindra and Birlasoft, managing large recruitment teams and driving hiring strategies across global markets. He began his career with organizations such as Computer Sciences Corporation, Infogain India Pvt Ltd, and Amtrak Technologies (P) Ltd, building a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from NIILM Center for Management Studies and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
