Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 – Neha Srivastava has started a new chapter as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at MetricStream, where she will lead the organization’s global HR agenda, focusing on strengthening people strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness as the company continues to scale its AI-first GRC platform.
Neha Srivastava joins MetricStream after serving as Head – People and Culture at LeadSquared, where she played a key role in driving people strategy, culture transformation, and organizational development initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Prior to this, she was Head – Human Resources at HighRadius, where she led HR operations and talent strategies, contributing to the company’s growth and people-centric initiatives across locations.
Earlier, she served as Group Head – Human Resources at TTS:IO and JBCN International, where she was instrumental in shaping HR frameworks, driving employee engagement, and building scalable HR systems across organizations.
Her foundational experience includes roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, Arshiya International, and Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, where she built strong expertise in HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Neha holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from University of Allahabad and a PG Diploma in Comparative Mythology from University of Mumbai, reflecting a strong academic foundation in human behavior and social systems.
