Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2026 — Karan Luthra has joined YesMadam as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing with him extensive expertise in financial strategy, revenue operations, audit leadership, and large-scale business transformation.
In his new leadership role, Karan will oversee the financial direction of YesMadam, one of India’s fastest-growing tech-enabled home salon and wellness platforms, as the company continues to scale its AI-driven beauty and wellness ecosystem across India.
Prior to joining YesMadam, Karan served as General Manager Finance at Lenskart, where he led revenue accounting, operations, and assurance for India, with a strong focus on fraud detection, process optimization, internal controls, and profitability enhancement. His leadership helped strengthen financial systems while driving operational efficiency across one of India’s largest omnichannel retail brands.
Before Lenskart, he held senior finance leadership roles at JLL, where he served as Group Operations Lead – Revenue Recognition (Director of Finance), managing global revenue recognition for multi-billion-dollar business lines while partnering with technical accounting, audit, and ERP transformation teams.
Earlier in his career, Karan built deep technical and strategic expertise through progressive roles at KPMG Lower Gulf and BSR & Co. LLP, where he specialized in IFRS, IndAS, audit strategy, regulatory reporting, and financial governance across major listed and multinational companies. His early finance leadership experience also included nearbuy.com, where he managed financial statements, taxation, and business projections.
With over a decade of diverse experience spanning startup finance, consumer platforms, global enterprise finance, and audit advisory, Karan’s appointment positions YesMadam for stronger financial governance, operational scalability, and accelerated business growth.
