Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2026 – Millipixels Interactive has appointed Pragati Tripathi as its new Chief Growth Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its focus on digital innovation, immersive technologies, and transformational business growth.
In her new role, Pragati will lead strategic growth initiatives, business expansion, customer engagement, and innovation-driven transformation efforts as the company continues scaling its capabilities across interactive solutions, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
Before joining Millipixels Interactive, Pragati Tripathi served as Chief of Strategy and Business at Alphadroid, where she led India business development initiatives focused on robotics, conversational AI, and emerging technologies. During her tenure, she played a significant role in driving market expansion, scaling strategic business initiatives, and strengthening the company’s AI-driven portfolio.
Earlier at Alphadroid, she worked as Director – Strategy and Program Management, translating organizational strategy into measurable business outcomes through cross-functional execution and growth-focused programs.
Prior to that, Pragati spent over three years with RMSI, where she held multiple strategic leadership roles including Senior Manager – Strategic Initiatives, Business Growth Leader, and Senior Manager – Corporate Incubation Centre. In these roles, she worked closely with leadership teams to drive long-term business strategy, incubate new growth verticals, manage P&L responsibilities, and expand telecom and wireless engineering service capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Pragati worked with Saint-Gobain India across various engineering and business-facing roles including Design Engineer – North and East, Design Engineer – West, and Management Trainee. Her responsibilities included technical sales, specification management, project consulting, and manufacturing process improvement initiatives across key infrastructure and industrial projects.
Pragati holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad), one of India’s premier management institutions.
