Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Godrej Properties Limited has promoted Zoya to the role of Deputy General Manager (Lead: D&I | Employer Branding | Campus), recognizing her contributions in strengthening diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and campus engagement strategies within the organization.
In her expanded leadership role, Zoya will continue driving initiatives focused on building an inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employer brand visibility, and strengthening campus talent engagement as the company continues its growth journey in the Indian real estate sector.
Before her elevation to Deputy General Manager, Zoya served as Senior Manager (Lead – D&I | Employer Branding) at Godrej Properties Limited, where she played a key role in advancing diversity and inclusion programs and employer branding initiatives across the organization.
Earlier, she worked as Manager (Lead – Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding) at the company, helping strengthen people-centric initiatives and reinforcing the organization’s positioning as an employer of choice within the industry.
Prior to joining Godrej Properties, Zoya spent over six years with Jotun MEIA as Influencer Marketing Manager, where she led influencer engagement and brand communication initiatives across the Middle East, India, and Africa region, building strong expertise in strategic branding and stakeholder engagement.
She began her professional journey with Tata Capital as a Management Trainee, gaining foundational business and management experience early in her career.
Zoya holds a Master of Management Studies (Marketing) from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education.
