Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, May 2026 — Grace Barbosa-Chin has stepped into the role of Senior Director, People & Culture at Solink, marking a significant leadership advancement within the AI-driven video intelligence company as it continues scaling its global operations and organizational capabilities.
In her new role, Grace will lead Solink’s People & Culture function end-to-end while joining the company’s Senior Leadership Team. She will focus on strengthening talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance systems, retention strategies, and organizational culture. Her mandate includes building scalable systems, programs, and teams that support Solink’s long-term business objectives while ensuring people strategy remains closely aligned with evolving company priorities.
Grace has spent more than a year at Solink, where she previously served as Senior Manager, People & Culture. During this tenure, she played an instrumental role in building the organization’s compensation philosophy, organizational career leveling, compensation banding, performance management programs, total rewards strategy, and leadership development initiatives. Her contributions have been central to supporting Solink’s rapid growth trajectory.
Before joining Solink, Grace built an extensive HR leadership career at Unbounce, where she progressed through several senior People Operations and People & Culture leadership roles. There, she led transformative initiatives across compensation strategy, pay transparency, HR technology implementation, employee engagement, organizational design, and career framework development.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions with Buckingham Sports Properties Company and Lighthouse Personnel Management, where she developed deep expertise in recruitment, employee experience, strategic HR planning, and organizational development.
Grace’s broad expertise across people operations, strategic HR leadership, compensation design, and culture transformation positions her strongly to shape Solink’s evolving workforce strategy as the company continues expanding its position as a leader in AI-powered security and operational intelligence.
