Richardson, Texas, United States, May 2026 — Keanna Jones has joined Lennox as Business Unit HR Principal – Sales and Stores, stepping into a strategic human resources leadership role with the leading climate control solutions provider. In this new position, she will oversee HR strategy for Lennox’s sales and store operations, supporting workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and talent alignment across critical business functions.
Before assuming this role, Jones built an extensive HR leadership career at Walmart, where she spent over five years in progressively senior positions. She most recently served in corporate finance and enterprise strategy-focused HR leadership, where she drove people strategies for key business divisions. Her tenure at Walmart also included leadership roles supporting health and wellness and broader people management operations, reflecting her ability to manage HR strategy across diverse enterprise functions.
Prior to Walmart, Jones served as Site Senior Human Resources Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond, where she managed site-level HR initiatives and workforce strategies. Her earlier experience also includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner at KinderCare Education, where she supported regional HR operations and employee engagement.
Jones also held a significant HR leadership role at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she contributed to business partner functions supporting organizational growth and workforce optimization. Additionally, her foundational leadership experience at Ascension as Human Resources Manager further strengthened her expertise in strategic HR, executive coaching, and organizational development.
With over a decade of progressive experience spanning retail, healthcare, education, and enterprise business environments, Jones brings a well-rounded and dynamic approach to HR leadership.
