King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States, May 2026 — Robin Cohen will be joining CSL as Vice President, Talent & Culture, bringing extensive global talent, human resources, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness experience to the leading global biopharma company.
Cohen joins CSL from GE HealthCare, where she serves as Chief Talent Officer, leading enterprise talent strategy and leadership capability across the global healthcare technology organization.
Before GE HealthCare, Cohen spent over 11 years with Johnson & Johnson, where she held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Talent Management, Innovative Medicine, Head of Human Resources, Global Finance, and Director, Global Talent Management, Supply Chain. Her work across these roles focused on talent management, HR leadership, succession planning, leadership development, and global workforce strategy.
Earlier, Cohen held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, where she led leadership development and leadership effectiveness initiatives, including executive assessment, onboarding, coaching, and competency frameworks across the organization.
Her previous experience also includes senior HR and talent leadership roles at Dow Advanced Materials, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Avon, and MCI, where she built deep expertise in global talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee development, succession planning, transformation, and leadership continuity.
With a career spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, specialty chemicals, and consumer goods, Cohen brings broad cross-industry talent leadership experience to CSL as it continues strengthening its global culture and people capabilities.
