Delhi, India, May 2026 — Dr. I V S Ranganath has been elevated to Chief Human Resources Officer at Tropolite Foods, marking a significant leadership milestone in his nearly three-decade HR career across manufacturing, FMCG, telecom, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
Dr. Ranganath has been associated with Tropolite Foods since September 2025 and previously served as Vice President & Head – Human Resources. In his expanded CHRO role, he is responsible for people strategy, organizational design, culture building, workforce planning, succession planning, employer branding, capability development, and HR operations across a multi-cultural organization with more than 1,000 employees across India.
Before joining Tropolite Foods, Dr. Ranganath served as Head HR – India at Shriram Bioseed Genetics, a division of DCM Shriram Ltd, where he led culture and leadership transformation, talent assessments, succession planning, employee experience, HRMS implementation, and organizational design for future growth.
Earlier, he held senior HR leadership roles at Signode India Limited, Aircel Limited, Idea Cellular Ltd, ELICO Limited, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and Asian Paints (India) Limited, building deep expertise in HR transformation, industrial relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR technology, capability building, and plant HR operations.
With his broad cross-sector experience and people-first leadership approach, Dr. Ranganath is well-positioned to lead Tropolite Foods’ national people and growth agenda as the company continues expanding its food ingredients business.
