Southern California, United States, May 2026 – CoolSys – Refrigeration and HVAC Systems has announced the appointment of Eric Hutto as its Chief Executive Officer. The company stated that Hutto brings more than three decades of global leadership experience leading large-scale, service-driven organizations through transformation, operational growth, and accelerated expansion.
Most recently, Eric Hutto served as Chief Executive Officer at Diversified, where he led a global technology solutions business exceeding $1 billion in revenue. During his tenure, he drove significant transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence, margin expansion, organizational redesign, and long-term growth acceleration. He also led complex restructuring and integration programs while strengthening talent retention and leadership succession capabilities.
Prior to Diversified, Hutto spent several years with Unisys, serving in leadership positions including President & COO and SVP and President of Enterprise Solutions Group. In these roles, he helped drive digital transformation, enterprise growth, operational optimization, and strategic execution across global markets. His leadership focused heavily on helping organizations bridge the gap between digital transformation initiatives and operational performance outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Hutto held multiple senior leadership roles with Dell Technologies, where he managed large global services businesses and enterprise operations. As Global Vice President and General Manager for Dell Services, he led multi-billion-dollar operations focused on infrastructure, cloud, and consulting services while enhancing customer engagement, profitability, and operational responsiveness. He also oversaw large regional teams across the Americas and played a key role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding service capabilities, and strengthening talent strategies across diverse workforces.
Before his technology leadership journey, Hutto also served in senior operational and consulting roles with The Home Depot and BearingPoint. At The Home Depot, he led transformation initiatives for the company’s services operations business, managing large contractor networks and national service programs while significantly improving customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational scale. Across his career, Hutto has built a reputation for combining operational discipline with a people-first leadership philosophy centered on accountability, customer focus, leadership development, and execution excellence.
