San Antonio, Texas, United States, June 2026 — Brian Fischer has joined USAA as Senior Vice President, Human Resources – Property & Casualty (P&C), Life, and International, bringing more than two decades of global human resources leadership experience across technology, manufacturing, financial services, and industrial sectors. In his new role, he will lead human resources strategy for USAA’s P&C, Life, and International businesses, supporting talent development, workforce transformation, leadership effectiveness, and organizational growth initiatives.
Prior to joining USAA, Brian spent more than seven years with Intel Corporation, where he held a series of senior HR leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Corporate Vice President HR – Intel Foundry, following earlier roles as Vice President Human Resources – Intel Foundry, Vice President Human Resources – BHR Operations, Vice President Human Resources – GAR + NAND, and Vice President Human Resources – Greater Asia Region. During his tenure, he supported large-scale global operations, manufacturing expansion, supply chain transformation, and workforce strategies across multiple international markets.
Before Intel, Brian spent nearly eight years with Honeywell, serving in key leadership roles including Vice President Human Resources – Industrial Safety & Retail, Vice President – Compensation & Benefits, Executive Director – Human Resources, and Director Human Resources. His experience at Honeywell included leading HR functions for global businesses, technology organizations, compensation and benefits strategy, talent management, and workforce planning across multiple regions. Earlier in his career, he spent almost a decade with General Electric, progressing through various HR leadership assignments that helped build his expertise in organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, and strategic human resources management.
With extensive experience leading HR organizations supporting tens of thousands of employees across global markets, Brian brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation, employee engagement, and business partnership.
