Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 – Sachin Suresh has been promoted to Director – AI Strategy & Transformation at Deloitte. In his new role, he will continue driving AI-led business transformation initiatives, helping organizations leverage artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, generative AI, and emerging technologies to accelerate enterprise-wide innovation and operational excellence.
Prior to this promotion, Sachin Suresh served as Associate Director – AI Strategy & Transformation at Deloitte, where he played a key role in building and expanding the firm’s AI Strategy & Transformation practice. His responsibilities included advising clients on AI adoption, leading large-scale enterprise transformation engagements, and delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, reporting-as-a-service, and digital application development solutions. He was also actively involved in business development, proposal management, thought leadership, team building, and capability development within the practice.
Alongside his corporate leadership responsibilities, Sachin has contributed to talent development as a Student Mentor with CareerCarve, helping aspiring management professionals enhance industry readiness through mentoring, mock interviews, resume reviews, and internship coaching. This reflects his commitment to nurturing future leaders and sharing practical industry knowledge with emerging professionals.
Before joining Deloitte, Sachin served as Lead Program Manager – Customer Engagement at 123Stores, Inc., where he built and led customer engagement functions for a B2B SaaS reseller platform serving brands on the Amazon marketplace. During his tenure, he established customer onboarding and success frameworks, developed customer engagement strategies, improved key business metrics, and supported the creation of new revenue streams through data-driven customer insights and process optimization.
Earlier in his career, Sachin held leadership and strategic planning roles with Visionet Systems Inc., Ocwen Financial Corporation, Mphasis, and Capgemini. His experience spans account management, operational excellence, strategic planning, business analytics, digital transformation, process improvement, financial performance optimization, and technology consulting. He began his professional journey with NTPC Limited as an Assistant Manager, contributing to production planning and operational activities within India’s largest energy conglomerate.
