Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2025 — Abinash Mishra has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel of Visaka Industries Limited. With over 27 years of leadership experience in the building materials sector, Mishra brings to the role a track record of transformative strategy, product innovation, and sustainable growth from marquee companies including Holcim India, Pidilite Industries, JK White Cement, ACC Cement, and most recently Captain Steel India Limited, where he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
At Captain Steel, Mishra drove the company’s expansion into advanced product verticals including paints and colored roofing sheets, while leading a comprehensive digital transformation of sales and customer experience. His earlier decade-long tenure at Dalmia Cement saw him helm national strategies for Green Cement, oversee four strategic business units, and champion digital innovation across institutional sales. He was also selected for the Deloitte High Impact Leadership program, recognizing top-performing executives across the organization.
Previously, Mishra served in senior roles at Holcim India, where he scaled supplementary cementitious materials through innovative go-to-market strategies, and at Pidilite Industries, where he launched a high-growth retail channel across East and Northeast India for flagship brands like Dr. Fixit and Roff. His early career spans key commercial roles at JK White Cement, ACC Cement, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals.
An alumnus of IIT Bombay and Olin Business School, and currently pursuing a PhD at IIT Patna, Mishra is deeply passionate about building sustainable, tech-enabled ecosystems. At Visaka Industries, he is expected to accelerate growth across all core business verticals, including Roofing Sheets, Vnext (cement fibre boards), ATUM (solar-embedded roofs), and ATUM Charge (green EV charging stations)—further solidifying the company’s position as a leader in green building and digital infrastructure solutions.
