Basingstoke, England, United Kingdom, June 2026 — Saylee Joshi has started a new position as AVP | Talent Recruiter – Specialist Hiring at HSBC.Joshi brings extensive experience in global talent acquisition, specialist hiring, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, RPO delivery, investment banking hiring, shared services recruitment, and financial services talent advisory across the UK, EMEA, APAC, India, and Asia markets.
In her new role at HSBC, she will manage talent acquisition for Global Banking & Markets, Securities Services, Wealth and Private Banking, Finance, and Legal functions across the UK.Prior to joining HSBC, Joshi worked with AMS for over four years, where she served as Senior Recruiter with HSBC, managing specialist recruitment mandates. Earlier at AMS, she worked as Principal Specialist with Goldman Sachs, handling talent acquisition for Middle Office and Back-Office roles across the UK and EMEA, with additional dotted-line support to the US region.
Before AMS, she worked with BPS World as Consultant under the RPO model for the UK, EMEA and APAC countries, focusing on hiring across technology, finance, and support functions while collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.Earlier, Joshi spent over three years with The Edge Partnership – The Edge in Asia, where she held roles including Senior Associate – Investment Banking, Technology and Shared Services for India and Asia and Consultant – Investment Banking and Finance, managing mid-to-leadership-level hiring for investment banks, finance shared services, asset management firms, research, and analytics organizations.
Her professional journey also includes recruitment leadership roles at Kelly Services India, Altavis Pvt Ltd, and Mancer Consulting Services, where she specialized in investment banking, shared services, management consulting, BPO, HR shared services, and regional hiring mandates across India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.She also took a professional development career break during which she served as visiting faculty for management studies, teaching human resources modules including payroll, training and development, and organizational behavior. Earlier, she worked with Future Group India as Relationship Manager – Retail Finance.
With her strong background in specialist hiring, global talent acquisition, financial services recruitment, and RPO delivery, Joshi is expected to play a key role in strengthening HSBC’s talent acquisition strategy across critical business functions in the UK.
