Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Kunjal Soni has been promoted to Associate Director – Human Resources at JM Financial Limited.
Soni has been associated with JM Financial Ltd since 2025 and most recently served as Vice President – Human Resources. Her promotion reflects her strong contribution to the organization’s HR function and people strategy.
Prior to joining JM Financial Limited, she worked as Human Resources Manager at BellchambersBarrett and earlier served as Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Seeing Machines, where she contributed across people operations, employee relations, restructuring, and business partnering.
Before that, Soni held leadership roles at PineBridge Investments, serving as Vice President, Head – Human Resources and earlier as Assistant Vice President, Head – Human Resources. In these roles, she worked across employee engagement, statutory compliances, HR policies, and human resources leadership.
A significant part of her career was previously spent with JM Financial, where she served as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources for nearly 12 years, building deep expertise in HR policies, employee engagement, talent management, and people operations.
She began her career with Adecco as a Human Resources Consultant, gaining foundational experience in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
With her strong background in human resources leadership, employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, people partnering, and talent management, Soni is expected to continue contributing to JM Financial Limited’s people and organizational growth agenda.
