Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — G R Infraprojects Limited has welcomed Mr. Ashwin Agarwal as Additional Director (Whole-Time Director), further strengthening the company’s Board and leadership vision for the future.

Agarwal has been associated with G R Infraprojects Limited for more than six years and has played an important role in project management, infrastructure development, power, ropeways, and green hydrogen initiatives within the organization.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Director – Power, Ropeways & Green Hydrogen at G R Infraprojects Limited, where he contributed to the company’s diversification and growth across emerging infrastructure and clean energy segments.

Earlier, he worked as Project Management Coordinator at G R Infraprojects Limited, overseeing projects from initiation to completion. In this role, he was responsible for minimizing workflow obstacles, conserving resources, motivating teams, and ensuring quality project outcomes within budget and timelines.

In addition to his journey with G R Infraprojects Limited, Agarwal co-founded GreenH Electrolysis, contributing to India’s green hydrogen vision through the manufacturing of advanced electrolyzers.

With his experience across infrastructure project management, power, ropeways, green hydrogen, and emerging business verticals, Agarwal is expected to support G R Infraprojects Limited’s strategic growth and long-term leadership agenda.

G R Infraprojects Limited is one of the fastest-growing organizations in the Indian infrastructure sector, backed by three decades of legacy. The company’s primary business operations are broadly segmented across Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), project management services, development and operation of road assets, manufacturing, and fabrication.

Its EPC and project management services cover roads and highways, bridges, airport runways, railways, metros, power transmission, and tunneling. The company also develops, operates, and maintains roads and highways on Build Operate Transfer (BOT) and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) formats.

In addition, G R Infraprojects Limited undertakes manufacturing activities for bitumen processing, thermoplastic road-marking paint, road signage, electronic equipment, and fabrication of galvanized metal crash barriers and OHE Mast.
