New Delhi, India, May 2026 – Diksha Kapoor has joined Jakpower (Jakson & Company) as Head of Human Resources. Announcing her new role, she expressed excitement about contributing to the organization’s growth journey by advancing people practices, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture rooted in collaboration and excellence.
With more than two decades of experience across manufacturing, renewable energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and corporate services, Diksha Kapoor brings extensive expertise in human resources, business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. In her new role, she will lead the people agenda for Jakpower as the company continues strengthening its position in power generation, distribution, and industrial solutions.
Prior to joining Jakpower, Diksha served as HR Business Partner at Trafalgar Group, where she partnered with business leaders to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Before that, she worked as HR Business Partner at Vikram Solar, contributing to HR transformation and people management initiatives within one of India’s leading renewable energy companies.
Earlier, Diksha held HR leadership positions with Microtek International Pvt. Ltd. and Space TeleInfra Pvt Ltd, where she was responsible for talent management, policy implementation, employee relations, organizational capability building, and workforce development. Her experience across fast-growing and technology-driven organizations strengthened her expertise in managing complex people and business challenges.
A significant part of her professional journey was spent with Lanco, where she served for over a decade and progressed to the role of Deputy Manager – HR. During this period, she contributed to a broad range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and organizational support during a transformative phase of the company’s growth. Earlier in her career, she also held HR leadership responsibilities with Aurelius Corporate Solutions, Earth Water Group, and Business Standard.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Diksha has built a strong reputation for aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening organizational culture, and developing talent-driven workplaces that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
