New Delhi, Delhi, India, June 2026 — Vaibhav Dahiya has stepped into the role of Deputy Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank.Dahiya has been associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank for over five years and has contributed significantly to the bank’s human resources function, particularly in talent acquisition for the North Region.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he managed talent acquisition responsibilities across the North Region. His work focused on supporting hiring priorities, strengthening recruitment processes, and enabling talent fulfillment aligned with business requirements.Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dahiya served as Regional Manager – Human Resource at IndusInd Bank, where he handled HR responsibilities across Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. In this role, he contributed to regional HR operations and workforce support across key markets.
Earlier, he spent over four years with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where he progressed through roles including Manager Talent Acquisition, Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, and Executive – Talent Acquisition. During this period, he built strong foundational expertise in recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, hiring operations, and stakeholder management.
With his experience across banking HR, regional talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and workforce planning, Dahiya is expected to continue contributing to Kotak Mahindra Bank’s people agenda and talent strategy in his expanded role.
