Tel Aviv, Israel, July 2026 – SaaS security leader Grip Security has promoted Hila Harkov to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), recognizing her outstanding contribution to the company’s growth, culture, and people strategy during a period of rapid expansion.
After more than three years with Grip Security, Harkov assumes the CHRO position following a successful tenure as Vice President of Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization, strengthening leadership capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture built on trust, collaboration, and employee engagement.
In announcing her new role, Harkov reflected on the journey of helping build and grow the company alongside an exceptional team, emphasizing the importance of creating a culture that empowers people while supporting business success.
A seasoned HR leader with more than 15 years of experience, Harkov brings deep expertise across organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
Prior to joining Grip Security, she served as VP of Human Resources at Anyword, where she led people initiatives supporting the company’s growth in the competitive AI-powered content technology sector.
Earlier, she spent nearly three years at Firedome, progressing from Human Resources Director to Vice President of Human Resources, helping the cybersecurity company scale its workforce and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Her experience also includes serving as Global HR & Recruitment Manager at SBTech, where she led global talent acquisition and people management initiatives across international markets.
Before that, Harkov held multiple HR leadership positions within Matrix, one of Israel’s leading technology services organizations, where she managed global HR operations, organizational development, recruitment, employee development, and talent programs across multiple geographies including Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
She began her HR leadership journey at John Bryce, a Matrix subsidiary, where she led recruitment operations and HR programs, building expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee development, and people management.
Harkov’s promotion comes at a significant time for Grip Security as organizations worldwide increasingly seek stronger governance, visibility, and control over SaaS applications and emerging GenAI environments. Her leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the company continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining the collaborative culture that has supported its growth.
