Greater Hartford, CT, USA – Ritika Tripathi has been appointed as the new Vice President of Human Resources at The Connection, Inc., bringing over a decade of experience in human resources management. Tripathi has been with The Connection, Inc. for over two years, previously holding the positions of Director and Manager of Human Resources within the organization. Her new role began in April 2024, marking a significant step in her ongoing commitment to enhancing employee experiences and operational excellence at the company.
During her tenure as Director of Human Resources from October 2022 to April 2024, Tripathi played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that significantly improved workforce management and operational efficiencies. Before being promoted to director, she served as the Human Resources Manager for seven months, where she was instrumental in streamlining HR processes and enhancing staff training and development programs.
Prior to joining The Connection, Inc., Tripathi was part of the HR team at Genesis, where she progressed from Human Resources Specialist to Manager within a year and a half, showcasing her ability to lead and innovate in fast-paced environments. Her earlier experience includes a significant stint as a Human Resources Executive at CSC, where she honed her skills in employee relations and strategic HR planning.
The Connection, Inc., a stalwart in community-based human services for over 50 years, supports individuals and families overcoming challenges related to homelessness, mental health, substance use, and community justice across Connecticut.
