Delhi, India, August 2026 — Apis India Ltd has announced the appointment of Pankaj Tripathi as General Manager – HR & Head – Administration & IT. In this strategic leadership role, he will spearhead the organization’s People & Culture, Administration, and Information Technology functions, driving digital transformation, HR innovation, and operational excellence to support Apis India’s long-term growth.
Bringing over 19 years of cross-functional leadership experience, Pankaj has built expertise across Human Resources, Administration, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Automation, and Organizational Excellence. At Apis India, he will lead initiatives focused on HR digitization, AI-led business automation, IT governance, HR technology, employer branding, leadership capability development, employee experience, process excellence, and organizational effectiveness, helping build a future-ready, high-performing enterprise aligned with the company’s vision.
Prior to joining Apis India Ltd, Pankaj served as Senior Manager – Corporate HR | Lead HR Business Partner at DS Group, where he partnered with business leaders across Dairy, Rubber, Packaging, Retail, and Hospitality businesses supporting more than 2,000 employees. He led strategic HR business partnering, HRMS implementation, HR analytics, automation platforms, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. His outstanding contributions earned him the Strategic HRBP of the Year recognition in both 2024 and 2025. Earlier, he briefly served as Senior Regional Manager – Human Resources (North) at PVR INOX Limited, overseeing HR and administration for 29 cinema locations across North India and supporting a workforce of over 1,200 employees.
Pankaj previously spent more than seven years with DS Group in an earlier tenure as Senior Manager – Corporate HR, leading HR transformation across hospitality, retail, packaging, and manufacturing businesses. Before that, he was Manager – HR & Administration (Cluster North – Uttarakhand) at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he was promoted within a year and received the Best CSR Personnel Award – Mahindra Group (2014). His career also includes leadership roles with Royal Orchid Hotels, Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd., and Nageen Prakashan, where he developed extensive expertise in industrial relations, compliance, employee engagement, HR transformation, shared services, organizational development, and technology-enabled business excellence across FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality, engineering, retail, education, and service industries.
