HKA announces Lydia Brown as new Chief Financial Officer

LONDON and NEW YORK, May 1, 2024 — HKA, a premier global consultancy in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and expert witness services, today announced Lydia Brown as the new Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brown will take her position in the firm’s New York City office, succeeding Atul Patel, who is set to retire later this year.

Lydia Brown steps into her role with over three decades of experience in financial leadership within the professional services sector, specifically in engineering, software, and technology. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles at Ness Digital Engineering, Capgemini, Aricent, and Hearst Television.

Lydia Brown was appointed HKA’s new Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in the firm’s New York City office.

Renny Borhan, CEO of HKA, expressed his enthusiasm for Brown’s appointment: “I am delighted to welcome a finance leader of Lydia’s caliber who will help us continue to deliver on our growth strategy and financial targets. He leaves behind a legacy of financial acumen and strategic leadership,” Borhan added.
