Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — M&G India has promoted Ritika Joshi to Head – Privacy Risk & Legal. In her expanded leadership role, she will lead the organization’s privacy risk, legal, and data governance agenda, helping strengthen regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and privacy strategy as M&G continues its digital transformation journey.
Ritika has been with M&G India for nearly five years. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Privacy Risk, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s privacy governance framework, regulatory compliance, and enterprise privacy risk management while supporting global business operations.
Prior to joining M&G India, Ritika worked as a Business Operations Consultant at ZS, where she advised clients on business operations, governance, and transformation initiatives.
Earlier, she served as Privacy Program Manager at Microsoft, leading privacy programs and helping strengthen data protection, compliance, and privacy governance across the organization.
Before Microsoft, Ritika was Legal, Compliance & Data Privacy Officer at METRO AG, where she managed legal, compliance, and privacy responsibilities while supporting the company’s governance and regulatory initiatives.
She also worked as a Consultant – Governance, Risk & Compliance at PwC India, advising organizations on governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.
Ritika began her corporate career with Mercedes-Benz India in Corporate Legal, Corporate Secretarial & Compliance, building a strong foundation in corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance.
