Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, India, July 2026 — Dana Incorporated has elevated Pinky Singh to the role of Head HR – Commercial Vehicles India, recognizing her strong contribution to the organization over more than a decade with the Dana Group.
In her new role, Pinky will lead the people strategy for Dana’s Commercial Vehicles business in India, driving HR business partnering, talent management, industrial relations, organizational development, employee engagement, workforce transformation, and leadership capability to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Prior to this elevation, Pinky served as HR Head – Dana India, Rudrapur, where she led the complete HR function for the manufacturing facility for nearly six years. During her tenure, she partnered closely with business leaders to strengthen talent, employee engagement, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and organizational effectiveness while enabling sustainable business growth.
Earlier, she worked as Plant HR at Dana Anand India Private Limited (formerly Spicer India Pvt. Ltd.), where she managed HR operations across the company’s northern manufacturing locations, including Pantnagar, Manesar, and Lucknow, supporting plant leadership on strategic and operational HR initiatives.
Before joining the Dana Group, Pinky held HR leadership roles with Cian Health Care Pvt. Ltd. as Plant HR & Admin Head, Britannia Industries Limited as HR Business Partner, and Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as HR Business Partner, following the start of her HR career with Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. as HR Business Partner.
Pinky holds a PGDRM in Retail Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and recently completed the Senior Executive Development Program in Building Future CHRO at XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening her strategic HR leadership capabilities.
With more than 16 years of experience across manufacturing and multinational organizations, Pinky brings deep expertise in HR business partnering, industrial relations, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR transformation. Her elevation reflects Dana’s continued investment in developing internal leadership to build future-ready organizations.
