Veteran customer leader to unify Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support as enterprises scale AI adoption
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Seclore, the Data Security Intelligence company for the era of enterprise AI, today announced the appointment of Hitesh Kathuria as Chief Customer Officer. Kathuria will lead Seclore’s global Customer organization, bringing together Customer Success, Product Implementation, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Experience under a single leadership structure focused on helping customers maximize the value of Seclore’s data-centric security platform.
Kathuria brings more than two decades of experience leading global customer organizations, driving business growth, and helping enterprises realize value from technology at scale. He joins Seclore from Nagarro, where he held senior leadership roles including Global Business Unit Head, Managing Director, and Partner & Director. During his tenure, he scaled global operations, strengthened strategic customer relationships, and expanded the company’s presence across international markets. His industry experience spans manufacturing, energy and utilities, public sector, technology and consulting, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, retail, and banking and financial services.
“Enterprises today are adopting AI faster than their security models can adapt, and they need a partner who helps them move forward with confidence,” said Dr. Vishal Gauri, Chief Executive Officer at Seclore. “Hitesh has spent his career helping global organizations turn technology investments into measurable business outcomes. His leadership will deepen our customer partnerships and accelerate the value our customers realize from ARMOR by Seclore.”
Kathuria’s appointment reflects Seclore’s focus on customer value realization as organizations navigate AI-driven transformation. As people and AI increasingly read, generate, and act on enterprise data, Seclore secures the data itself, enabling trust and control wherever people and AI work.
“Over the last two decades, I have helped enterprises transform their businesses through technology. As organizations embrace AI at an unprecedented pace, one thing is clear: innovation can only move as fast as trust allows,” said Hitesh Kathuria, Chief Customer Officer at Seclore. “That is what drew me to Seclore’s approach to data-centric security: protecting information itself, wherever it travels, rather than just the perimeter around it. I look forward to working closely with our customers to accelerate adoption, realize value faster, and build lasting partnerships as they navigate this new era of AI-powered innovation.”
In his role, Kathuria will focus on deepening customer partnerships, accelerating time to value, and supporting Seclore’s continued global growth across North America, the Middle East, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia.
Seclore is the Data Security Intelligence company for the era of enterprise AI, helping organizations turn data and AI risk into readiness. As people and AI increasingly read, generate, and act on enterprise data, traditional security models struggle to keep up. Seclore secures the data itself, enabling trust and control wherever people and AI work. Through context-aware intelligence that adapts as data moves across users, applications, clouds, and AI agents, Seclore allows organizations to confidently use, share, and scale AI without slowing collaboration or losing control.
