Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Rikin Kocheta has joined Nazara Technologies Limited as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant milestone in his accomplished finance career. In this new role, Rikin will support strategic financial planning, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives to bolster the company’s continued expansion across global gaming markets.
Before joining Nazara Technologies, Rikin served as Associate Vice President at Lumina Datamatics, where he was responsible for finance, accounts, taxation, audit, treasury, and legal functions. During his nearly seven-year tenure, he was instrumental in leading financial digitalization efforts and enhancing reporting accuracy and compliance frameworks.
Prior to that, Rikin worked with Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd – India as Team Lead Manager, where he played a critical role in ERP implementation, RERA compliance, and financial statement consolidation under Ind AS across a complex group of entities. His work also included detailed profitability analysis and financial forecasting.
Earlier in his career, he was Assistant Manager at EY, where he managed statutory audits and advisory engagements for a diverse set of clients, and began his journey as an intern at Lodha & Co., gaining broad exposure across assurance, taxation, transfer pricing, and M&A functions.
Rikin is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
