Singapore / India, August 2026 — CapitaLand Investment (CLI) has announced the appointment of Quaiser Parvez as Chief Executive Officer, India, strengthening its leadership team in one of the company’s key growth markets.
In his new role, Quaiser will lead CLI’s India business and drive the company’s strategic priorities across business parks, data centres, and logistics. According to CapitaLand Investment, his extensive institutional real estate experience, coupled with a proven track record in execution, leadership, and stakeholder management, will support the company’s continued expansion in India while creating long-term value for its capital partners and investors.
Quaiser brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector spanning platform leadership, capital markets, governance, and operations.
Prior to joining CapitaLand Investment, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Knowledge Realty Trust, where he led the operating platform of India’s largest office REIT. In this role, he oversaw the transformation of Nucleus Office Parks, a wholly owned Blackstone entity, into a publicly listed REIT, while building institutional-grade operating systems, governance frameworks, and high-performing teams. He also worked closely with the Board and investors to shape business strategy, strengthen capital discipline, and drive long-term portfolio value creation.
Earlier, Quaiser was Chief Executive Officer of Nucleus Office Parks, a Blackstone company, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic direction, business development, financial performance, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability of its commercial real estate portfolio.
Before that, he held leadership roles at Radius Developers, CBRE, JLL, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Convergys, and GE Capital, building extensive experience across real estate investments, capital markets, operations, project management, business transformation, and portfolio management.
Announcing the appointment, CapitaLand Investment said:
