Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — SELLABILITY has appointed Sneha Sahasrabudhe as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to scale its business and build a high-performance, people-centric organization.
In her new role, Sneha will lead the organization’s people strategy, overseeing talent management, organizational development, employee experience, leadership capability, culture, HR operations, and scalable people practices aligned with SELLABILITY’s next phase of growth.
Prior to joining SELLABILITY, Sneha worked as an Independent Fractional HR Partner, advising startups with workforces of approximately 25 to 100 employees on building scalable, business-aligned people systems. She partnered closely with founders and leadership teams to establish practical HR frameworks covering role clarity, hiring, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational execution.
Earlier, she served as People Manager – India at APEXX Global, where she partnered with UK-based leadership to lead people operations for the India business. During her tenure, she implemented HR policies, payroll processes, compliance frameworks, managed office setup and BOT employee transitions, coached business leaders on performance management and employee relations, and introduced engagement initiatives that contributed to improved employee satisfaction and retention.
Before APEXX Global, Sneha was Deputy Manager – Human Resources at EnKash, where she supported talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, payroll, HRMS implementation, employee engagement, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management within a rapidly growing fintech environment.
She also worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, helping organizations establish end-to-end HR processes, leadership development initiatives, statutory compliance frameworks, and culture-building practices.
Earlier in her career, Sneha held HR leadership and generalist roles at AArete, Medistations Pvt. Ltd., and Chrysalis Business Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., building experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, learning & development, employee engagement, policy development, and organizational effectiveness. She began her professional journey as a Product Trainer at AkzoNobel, where she developed expertise in training delivery and capability development.
Academically, Sneha completed the Executive Development Programme (EDP) in Strategic HR Management from XLRI Delhi-NCR (2025–2026). She also holds a Post Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM) in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the International School of Business & Media (2011–2013).
With experience spanning HR strategy, organizational development, leadership coaching, HR operations, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, HR technology, and startup scaling, Sneha brings a well-rounded people leadership perspective to her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer.
