In this role, James will spearhead talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent to support its mission of delivering plasma-derived products for global health and well-being.
James’s journey at Kedrion Biopharma – USA began in 2018 as Senior Operations Manager, where he contributed to optimizing organizational processes and supporting strategic objectives for over four years. In 2023, he transitioned to the role of Integration/Transformation Lead, focusing on driving large-scale initiatives to align operations with the company’s growth and transformation goals.
Before Kedrion, James served as Managing Consultant at Federal Advisory Partners, where he specialized in consulting for organizational improvement and performance. Earlier, he held leadership roles at United Allergy Services, including Director and Senior Manager, Payor Relations, where he led initiatives to enhance healthcare service delivery and operational efficiency.
James also brings experience in education and consulting, having worked with HomeZada, Golden Shamrock Consulting, and C2 Education, where he developed innovative programs and strategies for talent and organizational growth.
