Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026: ANHAD Group has appointed Adil Altaf as Chief Executive Officer to lead its real estate vertical. Adil will take charge of strategy, operations, and the launch of upcoming projects as the company prepares to establish its presence in Gurugram’s residential market.

Adil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Indian real estate, including stints at Emaar, Ireo, Raheja, and Whiteland. He has overseen sales and operations across residential and commercial projects spanning luxury, mid-range, and mixed-use segments in the NCR, and is recognized for building high-performing teams within competitive market conditions.

At ANHAD Group, he will oversee product strategy, operations, and the execution of all upcoming projects. The appointment is timed as ANHAD Developers readies its entry into Gurugram’s premium residential segment.

On taking charge, Adil said: “I am delighted to be a part of the ANHAD Group and to take on the responsibility of leading and managing the Real Estate vertical for the brand. The greatest source of strength in my journey has always been the trust and encouragement of the people around me – my colleagues, investors, associates, and friends from the real estate fraternity. Their faith has constantly reminded me that business is not merely about transactions or projects; it is about relationships, credibility, and the responsibility we carry toward the people who believe in us. My aim is to take ANHAD Developers to new heights in shaping the skyline of the National Capital Region and to contribute toward building a lasting legacy aligned with the vision of Make in India.”

Mr. Pramesh Singh, Chairman, ANHAD Group, said, “Adil’s proven leadership and deep understanding of the real estate sector make him the right choice to lead ANHAD Developers. We are confident he will play a key role in building a trusted brand focused on quality, transparency, and long-term value.”
