Singh brings a robust background in HR leadership, marked by nearly two years of progressive experience within Jubilant FoodWorks itself.
Since joining Jubilant FoodWorks in July 2023, Singh has swiftly moved up the ranks, initially serving as Human Resources Business Partner for Tech & Corporate before stepping into her current elevated role. Her recent promotion underscores her pivotal contributions to HR strategy, particularly in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as learning and leadership development across the organization’s vast portfolio.
Prior to her tenure at Jubilant FoodWorks, Singh held a significant position as Associate Vice President of Talent Management and Learning & OD at Info Edge India Ltd from April 2020 to May 2021. Her career also includes key roles in talent engagement and development at Tata Communications and Dell, enhancing her expertise in organizational design and employee relations.
