New Delhi, India | July 2026 — Hindware Limited has appointed Pradeep Johari as Vice President – Head of Supply Chain Management & Sourcing. In his new role, he will lead the company’s supply chain strategy, build an agile and data-driven supply chain ecosystem, strengthen strategic sourcing, and drive operational excellence and cost efficiency across Hindware’s Building Products Division (BPD) and Consumer Products Division (CPD) businesses.
Pradeep brings more than 30 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, manufacturing operations, and logistics transformation. Prior to joining Hindware Limited, he served as AVP & Head – SCM Operations, S&OP, Distribution, Imports and Exports at Bajaj Electricals Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide supply chain transformation, digitalisation, AI-enabled demand planning, procurement governance, global sourcing, logistics optimisation, and sustainability initiatives over a 12-year tenure.
Earlier, he spent more than a decade at Voltas Limited, holding leadership roles including Senior Manager – Global Sourcing and Manager – Manufacturing & Factory Manager, where he established global supplier ecosystems, led greenfield manufacturing projects, and strengthened sourcing capabilities across India and Asia. He also held engineering and industrial planning roles at Electrolux Kelvinator Limited, STI Sanoh India Limited, and Ryme Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in manufacturing excellence and industrial engineering.
Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya.
