Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2026 — Lockton has announced the appointment of Lewis Morgan as Regional Head of HR – MENA, marking another significant milestone in his accomplished human resources career. In this new leadership role, he will oversee the people strategy across the Middle East and North Africa region, supporting organisational growth while strengthening talent, culture, and business performance.
Lewis Morgan has established a strong track record in strategic human resources leadership, business partnering, and organisational development across insurance, healthcare, education, and professional services. Prior to his new appointment, he served as Regional Human Resources Business Partner – MENA at Lockton, where he partnered with business leaders across the region to align people strategies with commercial objectives. His promotion reflects his contribution to building high-performing teams and driving impactful HR initiatives within the organisation.
Before joining Lockton in 2025, Morgan spent more than four years with Atrium Underwriters Ltd, progressing from HR Business Partner to Senior Human Resources Business Partner. During this period, he supported business transformation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development across the organisation. Alongside his corporate responsibilities, he also served as a Shadow Board Member with the City HR Association, contributing fresh perspectives on the future of the HR profession and leadership.
Earlier in his career, Morgan held the role of Regional HR Business Partner at Cygnet Health Care, where he supported approximately 1,400 employees across the East of England. His experience also includes leadership positions at The Boxing Academy as Business Manager, Senior Management (HR, Finance, Risk) and at St Dominic’s Primary School, where he oversaw finance, HR, and health and safety functions while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. He began his HR career as a Recruitment Officer at Redbridge College, building a solid foundation in talent acquisition and people management.
Morgan further strengthened his professional expertise by earning a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications, complemented by studies in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Anglia Ruskin University. His broad experience across multiple sectors, combined with his strategic HR expertise, positions him well to lead Lockton’s people agenda across the MENA region.
