London, United Kingdom, August 2026 — Kerry has expanded the leadership responsibilities of Natasha Mosscrop, appointing her as HR Director, Global Marketing, in addition to her existing role as HR Director – Talent, Succession & Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) for Europe and Global Foundational Technologies. In her expanded position, she will serve as the strategic People Business Partner to Kerry’s Global Marketing function while continuing to lead enterprise-wide talent, succession planning, and inclusion initiatives across Europe and the company’s global technology organization.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning human resources, talent management, organizational development, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, sustainability, commercial leadership, and business transformation, Natasha Mosscrop has built an exceptional career at Kerry. Her expanded responsibilities reflect the company’s confidence in her ability to align people strategy with business growth while strengthening leadership capability across global functions.
During her 21-year career at Kerry, Natasha has progressed through a series of increasingly senior leadership roles. Most recently, she has served as HR Director – Talent, Succession & DI&B for Europe and Global Foundational Technologies, where she partners with senior executives, including the Europe CEO, Global Presidents, and the Chief Science & Technology Officer, to lead talent strategy across a workforce of approximately 5,000 employees. She previously held the positions of HR Director – Talent & DI&B Europe, Head of DI&B – Kerry Group Europe, Senior Sustainability Manager, and DI&B Lead – Kerry Foods, successfully leading enterprise-wide talent strategies, succession planning, leadership development, gender balance initiatives, ESG programs, and diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies across the organization.
Before transitioning into human resources leadership, Natasha Mosscrop spent more than 15 years in Kerry’s commercial business, progressing through multiple leadership roles in National Accounts, Category Management, and Trade Marketing, including Senior National Account Manager with full P&L responsibility for leading retail customers. Earlier in her career, she also gained experience in marketing communications with Virtual Office People Limited and completed a marketing placement with The Prince’s Trust, providing her with a unique blend of commercial and people leadership expertise.
Commenting on her expanded responsibilities, Natasha shared that, alongside her role leading Talent, Succession and DI&B for Europe and Global Foundational Technologies, she is excited to take on the additional assignment of serving as Business Partner to Kerry’s Global Marketing function, further strengthening the connection between people strategy and business performance.
