Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2026 — Croma, a brand of Infiniti Retail Limited, has appointed Narayan Baheti as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Baheti brings more than two decades of experience in financial planning, commercial finance, business strategy, and corporate finance across the retail, digital commerce, media, technology, and telecommunications sectors. As Chief Financial Officer, he will lead Croma’s finance function, supporting the company’s continued expansion, strengthening financial governance, and driving sustainable growth across its nationwide retail and omnichannel operations.
Prior to joining Croma, Baheti served as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Commercial Finance at Tata Digital, where he led financial planning and business planning across the Tata Digital group. He was responsible for establishing and driving the business planning function across multiple group entities while leading commercial finance initiatives focused on operational efficiency and long-term growth.
Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President – Finance at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited. Before that, he spent more than 11 years at Tata Communications, progressing through multiple leadership positions including Vice President – Financial Planning & Analysis, Associate Vice President, General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis. During this period, he played a pivotal role in financial planning, business strategy, pricing, profitability management, M&A support, automation, and executive decision support across several business units.
Baheti began his corporate leadership journey at Wipro Limited, where he held finance leadership roles across India and Europe, managing financial operations, integration of international acquisitions, pricing, profitability, reporting, and business planning for global operations.
