Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2026 — Accor has appointed Prachi Patil as Director – Design & Technical Services, India & South Asia. In her new role, she will lead design and technical services across Accor’s regional portfolio, ensuring brand integrity, technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless project execution from concept through handover across India and South Asia.
With more than 18 years of experience spanning hospitality design, luxury real estate development, and project management, Prachi Patil has established a strong reputation for delivering complex Greenfield and Brownfield developments. Her expertise covers design strategy, technical services, procurement, brand compliance, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end execution of premium hospitality and mixed-use projects.
Prior to joining Accor, Patil served as AGM – Design & Technical Services at Chalet Hotels Limited, where she directed a development portfolio valued at over US$200 million for leading international hospitality brands including Taj, Marriott, Hyatt, and proprietary hotel brands. During her tenure, she led flagship developments, brand conversions, and large-scale renovations, while implementing structured governance processes, technical audits, and procurement frameworks that enhanced project delivery, cost efficiency, and long-term asset performance.
Earlier, Patil spent more than six years with Piramal Realty, progressing to Senior Design Manager, where she led the design strategy, procurement, and execution of ultra-premium residential developments across Mumbai. Her career also includes design leadership roles with P G Patki Architects, BRIC Design Group, and internationally renowned firms including MIAJA Design Group, Gensler, and Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) in Singapore. Across these assignments, she contributed to luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, resort projects, and commercial assets throughout India, Singapore, China, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, building extensive expertise in hospitality design, luxury interiors, and global brand standards.
Patil’s academic background reflects her multidisciplinary approach to design and business. She holds a Diploma in Interior Design from LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, an Advanced Certificate in Industrial Design (Furniture Design) from SFIC, Singapore, and a Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Singapore, combining creative excellence with commercial and management expertise.
