Mumbai, May 2024 – Dhirubhai Ambani International School (DAIS) has appointed Priyanka Thomas Mathew as the new Head of Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership and strategy, Priyanka will be instrumental in driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with the school’s mission of providing world-class educational opportunities.
Prior to joining DAIS, Priyanka served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at JBCN Education, where she managed HR strategy for the entire organization. Before that, she was an HR Partner at JBCN International Schools, overseeing recruitment, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Priyanka held key HR positions at Kunskapsskolan India Schools, starting as an HR Manager and progressing to Senior Manager HR. In these roles, she was responsible for implementing HR strategies across the organization, managing talent acquisition, and developing HR policies.
Her experience also includes working at EY as Assistant Manager Resource Management & Operations Support, where she was responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Priyanka began her career at Vertex Data Science as an Assistant Manager in Workforce Management, where she gained extensive experience in call center operations, quality management, and change management.
