Chad Cotter Appointed as Chief People Officer at Vinfen

Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States, May 2024 – Chad Cotter has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Vinfen. Chad is thrilled to join Vinfen, a leading health and human services organization, where he will lead the HR function to support the company’s mission and growth.

Chad’s most recent role was as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at The Jackson Laboratory, where he worked for approximately three years. In this role, he led the talent acquisition strategy, focusing on social recruiting, HR software implementation, and key performance indicators to drive successful acquisition programs.

Before joining The Jackson Laboratory, Chad served at Boston Medical Center (BMC) for over three years. He held positions as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Occupational Health, Director, Talent Acquisition, and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. During his tenure, he managed HR software systems and led efforts to enhance talent acquisition processes across the organization.

Chad spent around thirteen years at Boston Children’s Hospital, where he advanced through various HR roles, including Manager of HR Operations, Manager of the Human Resources Service Center, Supervisor of the Human Resources Service Center, Human Resources Advisor, Ambulatory Administrative Coordinator, and Senior Recruiter. His extensive experience at the hospital enabled him to build a robust foundation in HR operations and talent management.

Earlier Roles: Chad began his career as a Retail Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, where he gained valuable experience in managing teams and operations for over three years. Additionally, he had a brief stint as a Marketing Intern at Korn/Ferry International, providing him with initial exposure to the corporate world.
