Bangkok City, Thailand, January 2024 – Sunisa Pangyoysai has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Management at PTG Energy. Sunisa brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and management to her new role, where she will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s talent strategies.
Sunisa’s most recent role was as Talent Acquisition & EVP Manager at FrieslandCampina. In this position, she focused on talent acquisition and employer value proposition management, contributing to the company’s talent attraction and retention efforts in Bangkok.
Before that, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Lazada. At Lazada, Sunisa managed talent acquisition processes and strategies, ensuring the recruitment of top talent to support the company’s growth.
Earlier, Sunisa worked as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Thailand at Grab. In this role, she played a pivotal part in building and managing talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
Sunisa also held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Fischer & Partners Co., Ltd. from October 2013 to January 2016, where she provided recruitment consultancy services, helping clients find the right talent for their needs. Additionally, she gained experience as a Recruiter at Citi from November 2011 to August 2012, where she was involved in end-to-end recruitment processes.
About PTG Energy: On March 21, 1988, Paktai Chueplerng Public Company Limited was founded with the intention to operate oil terminals and fuel trade with the community, fishery, and industrial plants in the southern provinces of Thailand. In 1992, it launched a gas station business under the operation of Petroleum Thai Corporation Company Limited, which was later listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1995 under Paktai Chueplerng PCL. The name was changed to PTG Energy PCL in 2011, and since then, both oil and non-oil businesses have expanded to cover all areas in Thailand.
