Dublin, Ireland, May 2024 – Scott Brady has been appointed as the Head of Culture, Learning & Engagement at Vhi. With a robust background in human resources and a passion for organizational culture and employee engagement, Scott is poised to lead Vhi’s initiatives in these critical areas.
Scott’s most recent role was as Divisional People Partner, Group Services at Vhi. In this position, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies across various departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
Before that, he served as Head of HR at Vhi SwiftCare Clinics, where he was responsible for overseeing all HR functions and driving organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Scott was the Group HR Manager at Independent News & Media. He managed HR operations and contributed to the strategic HR planning for the group, which significantly improved employee engagement and organizational performance.
At Intersport Elverys, Scott held the role of Head of HR. He was responsible for all HR aspects for the business, including 55 stores, Head Office, and Warehouse, managing approximately 750 employees.
Scott also gained significant experience as an HR Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group from March 2011 to June 2013, where he was involved in strategic and operational decision-making in a P&L focused business.
Earlier in his career, Scott worked at Galway University Hospitals in various HR roles from January 2004 to December 2010. He progressed from HR Officer to HR Business Partner and Specialist, contributing to HR strategy formulation, change management, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
