Ashish Gaikwad previously served as Managing Director at Honeywell Automation India Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in business expansion and technological advancements for nearly a decade. His leadership was instrumental in driving artificial intelligence, autonomous manufacturing, and digitalization initiatives, positioning Honeywell as a key player in industrial automation and process optimization.
Before his tenure as Managing Director, Ashish Gaikwad held multiple leadership roles at Honeywell in Singapore and India, including General Manager – Advanced Solutions (Business Performance Solutions), where he was responsible for the global P&L of Honeywell’s MES, supply chain optimization, and production management solutions. He also served as Regional General Manager for Southeast Asia, where he led strategic business expansion across multiple markets.
Earlier in his career, Ashish Gaikwad worked at Tata Honeywell, where he contributed to business development and technology leadership in the automation and industrial solutions space. His extensive background in manufacturing execution systems, operational intelligence, and digital transformation will play a crucial role in shaping Praj Industries’ long-term growth strategy.
