Indu Vishwanathan Appointed as Head of Human Resources - South Asia, UAE, and KSA at The Executive Centre

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2024 – Indu Vishwanathan has started a new position as Head of Human Resources – South Asia, UAE, and KSA at The Executive Centre. In this role, Indu will be leading the human resources management for these regions, contributing to the strategic direction and operational management of the HR functions.

Indu Vishwanathan has been with The Executive Centre for the past four years, initially joining as HR Manager for South Asia & GCC. She then advanced to the position of Senior Manager – Human Resources before assuming her current role. In these roles, she has managed HR functions across South Asia and GCC regions, driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Before joining The Executive Centre, Indu served as Sr. Manager HR at New Haribhakti Business Services LLP for over six years. There, she led the HR department, managing end-to-end HR functions for multiple entities within the group, and was instrumental in scaling the organization from 100 to over 400 employees.

Prior to New Haribhakti Business Services LLP, Indu worked at Future Group India for nearly four years. She handled various HR responsibilities, including manpower budgeting, recruitment, orientation, performance management, and employee engagement activities, contributing significantly to the HR processes and organizational growth.

Indu also gained valuable experience during her internship at Honeywell Automation India Ltd, where she worked on recruitment and compensation structures.
