WOOD DALE, Illinois, United States, March 2025 — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, announced today that Hema Widhani has been elected to its Board of Directors, effective March 18, 2025. This appointment expands AAR’s Board from 11 to 12 Director positions.
Widhani brings more than 20 years of experience in digital, marketing, and customer experience. As Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at Prudential Financial, she manages the company’s enterprise digital and customer experience portfolio, leading several Generative AI initiatives for Prudential’s global insurance and retirement business. Previously, she served as Prudential Financial’s Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to Prudential Financial, Widhani held digital, data, and customer-focused leadership roles at E*TRADE, Citibank, and WPP Group.
