Carrollton, Texas, United States,– October 2024 – Aaron Colopy has been named Director of Talent Acquisition at DuraServ, where he will lead the company’s recruitment efforts and strategic workforce planning across North America. In this new role, Aaron will focus on optimizing talent acquisition processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and driving recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Aaron joins DuraServ from Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), where he served as Director of Talent Acquisition. Over his five-year tenure at RNDC, Aaron played a pivotal role in developing end-to-end recruiting strategies, leading large teams, and implementing process improvements that elevated the company’s recruitment outcomes. He was previously Corporate Manager of Talent Acquisition at RNDC, driving significant gains in hiring efficiency and quality.
Aaron’s career also includes over 22 years of service in the U.S. Navy, where he was Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he oversaw recruitment operations, succession planning, and onboarding for a global workforce, implementing strategies that increased recruitment efficiency and reduced turnover.
