Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2025 – The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has appointed Sakshi Jain as Head of Human Resources – India GTC. In her new role, Sakshi will lead the HR strategy and initiatives for Goodyear’s Global Technology Center in India, supporting business transformation and innovation from the Hyderabad hub.
Prior to joining Goodyear, Sakshi served as Regional Sr. People Business Partner at Addepar, where she headed the India People function, delivering strong stakeholder engagement and shaping the talent strategy across the region.
Earlier, she held the position of Global People & Talent Manager at BlueOptima, where she led global people operations and talent initiatives, supporting rapid growth and talent scalability across geographies.
Sakshi also served as India HR Manager at Polaris Inc. for nearly six years, where she played a pivotal role in HR transformation, strategic talent management, and leadership development for commercial business and quality teams across multiple locations.
She began her career with roles at Dell Technologies and Deloitte, where she gained deep functional expertise in HR operations, policy development, talent management, and business partnering.
