With over 13 years at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), she has played a pivotal role in leading large-scale campaigns, driving product innovations, and enhancing customer outreach. Before joining Gulf Oil, Aarthy served as the Head of Wellbeing Nutrition at HUL, where she drove category growth and developed high-impact consumer campaigns. She also held leadership positions as Category Head for Hair Care (Dove, Clinic Plus & Sunsilk) and General Manager, Lakmé, where she was responsible for P&L management, portfolio strategy, digital transformation, and influencer marketing. Her work in launching new products, managing channel strategy, and executing large-scale marketing campaigns has established her as a dynamic marketing leader in the industry.
Earlier in her career, Aarthy played a key role in the success of Surf Excel, leading award-winning marketing campaigns and securing HUL’s first billion-euro brand milestone. Her expertise in market development, brand strategy, and digital marketing was further demonstrated in her tenure as Head of Strategy & Marketing Excellence for Beauty & Personal Care, South Asia, where she developed new capabilities in medical marketing and consumer insights.
