Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Aarti Nagpal has been promoted to the position of Chief Talent Officer at FCB Group India. In this new role, Aarti will lead the company’s talent strategy, overseeing the development of future leaders and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and agile organizational culture across the network. She brings a wealth of HR expertise gained from her previous roles in major organizations.
Before her promotion, Aarti served as Senior Vice President and Head of Talent at Publicis Groupe, where she led HR and talent management for Leo Burnett and BBH. During her tenure, she was instrumental in developing talent acquisition strategies, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, and building a learning-centric organization.
Prior to her work at Publicis Groupe, Aarti was the Associate Vice President and Head of HR at Digitas India. Here, she spearheaded HR operations for both the communication and offshoring business, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement.
Aarti also served as Deputy General Manager at Big Bazaar – Future Retail, where she led HR operations for the Mumbai region, managing a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Her leadership ensured smooth HR processes and employee relations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Earlier in her career, Aarti was Senior Manager of Human Resources at Welspun Group, where she contributed to the organization’s global HR initiatives. She also held HR roles at Raymond Limited and Big Synergy Media Ltd, where she honed her skills in HR business partnering and talent management.
